The reception staff were helpful. They provided quick assistance with directions. teas and coffees were available freely. the proximity to the route 4 and route 7 tram stops and the metro station was a definite plus. Public transportation made travel simple.

My room included comfortable bedding. I found the space clean. the bathroom was equipped with basic toiletries. I had fresh towels. the room had sufficient lighting for work and relaxation.

The hotel provides breakfast at baker & moore, a short walk away. I saw several guests taking advantage of this. the breakfast setup allowed me to customize my meal with items i had brought. i got coffee and yogurt.

The location was great. The central station was an easy walk. the staff was very kind, they gave great service. i enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea on the second floor.
the street side room was very noisy.

central location train station tiny room street noise
The hotel location was very suitable. I found the tram station nearly in front of the building. The main train station had a walking distance of about 10 minutes. The city center was a short walk.
The room was very tiny. I felt the room showed some wear. The street facing side was also very noisy. I had to keep the windows closed all night.
